## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) Continued Support - Errors and Problems

5) We will require the development team to sign a non-disclosure agreement to all code and specifications that entails to this project. So please do not bid on this project unless you understand our requests.

6) We will look to have your services on standby, this means the backend crashes we need online support to get this fixed immediately. In other words a development team that isn’t going out of business after they finish this project.

**Specs of Server**:

We have been told we can separate the functionality of the site into the Linux side for faster queries, then the video part of this site on a windows server. Also, we were told that the licensing for video on Linux is extremely expensive, where as windows server comes with the necessary tools to complete the project with ease. Again, we are looking for suggestions on how to build this properly.
