Web Platform / Website That Generates Web Sites and Mobile sites like DudaMobile

We need a full professional website designer and programmer /PHP that can create a Web platform/Site, implementing a full drag and drop Web Site editor and mobile site generator with high quality functions we have to discuss.. Also integrated the function (see at [login to view URL]) to convert existing Web sites to Mobile sites....(please study [login to view URL] in layout, design and register for a free account there, to see all the possibilities to make mobile sites...(for Layout design we will send you our ideas) Just to give you an idea we need the full functionality for mobile ([login to view URL]) but we will make some changes in design and layout and the full code/PHP should easily can be translated to german language as we want tho host it in Germany (this will be done from us with your support).
