Google+ Hangout Extension

Would like a hangout extension that does the following. I think it would have to use the Google Hangouts API to work properly. When a participant in a Google+ Hangout hovers their mouse over other participant's video feed (at the bottom of the hangout, small video feed) a popup will come up showing the "about details" from that person's Google+ profile page. Example: Employment youtube url (hyperlinked to open in new tab) twitter url hyperlinked to open in new tab other social network urls in their links hyperlinked to open in new tab Their current location (if listed) hyperlinked to open in new tab showing location on Google Maps Their basic information Their Email address (hyperlinked to open in new tab) The extension should show all available info that is on the persons profile about page, depending on what they have published there.
