Corporation Management Tool for Eve Online PHP based

Hello,
I will need a programmer who is capable to programm a web-based Corporation Management Tool in PHP for Eve Online.
Eve has an Api which you can use to gather information. Please google for Api-Information.
This project is a following up project, what means that I will allways come up with new ideas which has to be done by you.
So monthly income for you is guaranteed.
Requirements for the Software:
Backend Admin:
1. manually add members to the corp, based on username used in the game
1.1 automatically add members from api call from Eve
2. dashboard with listed mebers, stations with offices, POS, corp-budget and so on
3. more ideas are following
Frontend Members:
1. dashboard with overview same as backend, except users with no authority cannot see corp-budget
1.1 user needs to enter api-key to gahter user-information
2. list of members, with members-details when clicked on
3. coordinates of pos, stations and other corp stuff
4. sure loginpage
5. a free to see section with a small blog to add news, but categories needed (add manage to backend)
6, a event calender for corporation events, free visible (add manage to backend)
English and German programmers are welcome.
As I said, this will be a long term project.
