Giving an existing wordpress based website a facelift

Hello, I have an existing wordpress based website ( [login to view URL] ) . The current theme used is Repro. At the moment, there are a few problems with the site mainly the slider ( coda slider) is not working. There is a 'loading; sign but the slider does not work. The sidebar is not showing on the homepage. The sidebar would normally have the widgets on there but this is not showing at the moment. The footer is not showing as well ( same issues as the sidebar). The footer previously showed the twitter,facebook etc. All of the above stopped working at the same time- it is unclear if this is as a result of a bug or a post . I have been unable to determine this. The above are the problems that would have to be 'fixed'. What I would like the site to look like I would like the website be more content filled, more ad capacity. The websites I like are [login to view URL] I like the slider on the above website. I would like to have the same slider on the website I also like the social network links at the top ( facebook,twitter,youtube etc) and the search bar/ [login to view URL] I like the layout of the content ( please see Global grind exclusives [login to view URL] I like the social networking on the above site. I like the fact that the 'facebook like' pops up when you go to the website. I hope the above examples have given a comprehensive example of the general direction I wish to move the website to. It is important that all the content that is on the website remains and that I am able to manage the website myself as I have been doing all along. Regards,
