Recommend us Online Payment Gateway and Merchant Account

We will be implementing online payments to allow customers to checkout online by using: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. (Paypal is nice to have as well, but optional). We were originally thinking of going with an all-in-one solution like Paypal (Website Payment Pro product), but are concerned with them practicing what may be considered random account blocking practices. Our business can not be left in a situation where our online payment center is offline, and we want to implement a payment strategy where we have a primary and backup payment processor. Also we are looking for a payment service where the customer will checkout by using checkout forms within our page. We do not want to client redirected to another website to complete the transaction. We are looking for someone who has a lot of experience in payment processing, CPI compliance, and merchant accounts to provide us the information we need to choose the right solutions. The winning bidder of this project WILL NOT be programming/implementing the solution into our website, but instead will provide us coaching/guidance on what we need to purchase to ensure we are getting a competitive deal, and more importantly, have backups in place to ensure customers can checkout online 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year. TO BID ON THIS PROJECT - 1. Your bid price should be for one hour of your time to answer any questions we need and to provide us with a strategy. 2. You don’t have to list the name of the service providers you will be recommending but you MUST send me a message with the transaction fees of the solutions you are recommending (example is shown below). We are only looking to work with larger vendors. PLEASE do not bid if you are offering you own merchant services.
