PHP Script Modifications and Improvements

I'm looking for a PHP programmer that knows his stuff. I purchased a script and the owner has given me permission to modify it the way I please. The script is located here: [login to view URL] It's by no means a heavily coded script and it lacks in functions and database detail. Features I'm looking for include: 1) Email verification on signup 2) SEO meta tags not being produced even though option is being offered 3) Payment gateway data is not being being stored in database. That needs to be changed. 4) Would like a registered user "Watchlist" feature created whereby the user can view auctions he may be interested in and receive email notifications of bids and or changes in those auctions. The Seller in turn can view the number of people that have elected to "Watch" the auction. 5) Remove the ability to cancel a listing once a bid has been placed on a domain name /website 6) Create ability for user to insert up to 12 months of claimed revenue, costs and profit simultaneously displaying a chart showing same as it does on this site: [login to view URL] 7) Would like to display the number of people currently on site, along with the most ever on site and the date it occurred, the number of times a listing has been viewed. Maximum Initial Milestone: 10% of agreed upon bid. DON'T BID IF YOUR GOING TO ASK WHAT MY BUDGET IS ONCE I AGREE ON YOUR BID.
