Spidering would begin as soon as the service is operations. It would be voluntary at first but after 6 months the fun begins. We begin paid advertising. And guess what.....programmers brought onto this program will be given 75% of all the profits split between them.....not small cookies.

I would recommend using one of the open source search engines available. There are many to choose from. These already have many features, and are license free. I can research, and integrate the technology for my bid price.
