PHP fetching script need to be finieshed

I have almost finished fetching script which need to be finished (fine tunning). Script extract data from the web site and put the data in mysql database. First part create a tables (categories, subcategories, ads) and that part is working ok. Second part extract categories and subcategories and filling up the tables - that part is working ok as well. The last part is a problem. Script is fetching the ads and put the ads in the ads table but its not ok. There are 6 fields in this table (id, cat, subcat, text, phone, date). The script should extract the ads and put the ads in the appropriate category and subcategory. Text field should be filled up with the ad text, phone field with the phone number and the date should be filled with the date. My script currently fetch the ads and put them into the text field but the other fields are empty (null). The other guy from the getafreelancer made this script for me but probable he didn't know how to finish the job. So, I need this script to be finished - to fetch all ads and to put them into the ads table in the format I've mentioned above (cat, subcat, text, phone, date). The main idea is to have a script which will run 2 times a week and to fill up the database with the new ads (previously fetched ads should stay in the database and the new ones need to be added every time the script is activated). For this part I need cron job to be set properly because everything need to be automatically. At the end I need to find the way to download the database in excel format for further search and processing. So, your job is to tune up the script to work properly (or to make another one if its easier for you) and to set the cron job to run the script 2 times a week. The budget for this project is extremely low because I already set the final price for my customer, so there is no space for more expenses.
