Need A PHP/MySql Dating Script Created

Need a PHP dating script created out of my own draft html templates, (NO special graphics required), just basic design as per my draft templates, with full admin panel with all necessary functions, including a Sql DB tables (dump file). Coding must be (Readable) Not encrypted and must Not contain branding names. I reserve all copy/intellectual rights to the templates/scripts at beginning and after completion of development. I like to keep things legal to avoid problems. I am Not in the market of selling it. This is for my Own Personal Use Only. This script should at least meet the current specifications of other dating solutions already available on the market. You should basically be familiar with this type of solutions prior to providing me a bid. Payment schedule: Payment will be in full after 100% completion of work. Payment will be thru GET escrow or PayPal, and that I receive a zip archive of all files including full install instructions with free 30 day support. If you cannot agree to my payment terms, then don't bid. Script development work must be completed within (10 days), or project will be cancelled if not completed within the alloted time with no payment no exceptions.
