Domain name backordering/quick registration script using API

Hello, I need a server based script/program that I can use to register multiple domain names the moment they expire and available to register or the term would be backordering. Such service are offered by [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] There are desktop and server scripts already available to purchase such as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] , however, the script is only integrated with Enom API (Automated Registration Software), which as far as I know, overloaded with registration request and limits the requests checks to 1:1/second which is I believe, low probability to complete with the competition. I will provide complete details about the API document and registar thru PMB. I am also open to suggestions to what domain registrar that best supports this from you. I need a script the has the features like of [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] where I may be able to input multiple domain names, set the drop time in UTC/GMT, set how many request per second, show results instantly (errors, failed, taken, sucessful), support major tlds (.com .net .org .info .biz .us) and using my reseller registrar username and password to instantly log to my account etc etc... that you can provide/suggest. Here's some additional informations about this; 1. I'll have a domain reseller account to a registrar that offers API 2. I'll deposit funds/money to the registrar so registration purchase would be instant. 3. I'll need a server based program/script that is designed to send multiple request to the registrar at a specified period of time and can support multiple number of domain names. 4. The program/script could instantly initiate quick purchase, registration the moment the domain name is ready for registration. 5. Web based program so I may be able to monitor activity in real time. I need a programmer who is very knowledgable about domain name registration, professional in this field, highly skilled, can work fulltime, understanding, easy to contact thru messenger, always online, great understanding about domain backordering techniques, most of all friendly, enjoys his/her job, and most specially, understands what my project requirement. I will not use the program commercially rather for personal use only so there's no big deal in this.
