297005 PHP scripting, SQL modfication

Ok, this is a project that was supposed to be done a few days ago, once again this has been the 2nd programmer i've hired to finish this, I am about to stop posting jobs here in scriptlance. Anyway, I never heard from this programmer again, he was 90% completed and the programming is still on the server. All i have left is $50 to finish this job, it is so simple, i just want 2 things done that need to be fixed and that's it, but first once i select you I need to explain the project and you need to view the previous work the programmer did so you can pick up where he left off.
