live auction bidding script

I am looking for website script for a live auction where client can sit at the auction and trigger items when they come up for auction, then place house bids into the system, users can place their own bids which the client will bid for, and end item when its finished, and then trigger items in the catalog, and so on. including an online catalog where people can place absentee bids users to be approved for bidding after adding their credit card details or very similar to above i have looked around and all the scripts are managed by developer at a per auction cost. Me and my client are technically skilled and do not want a managed service. I have been a webdesigner 6 years and php/javascipt/other developer for sometime. Looking for either someone to customize any system to meet the above requirements, or if someone recommends a commercial script we use I will gave that person $100.
