Pikkle KK is a tokyo based startup making social games. We are looking for a freelance developer to work with us remotely. [login to view URL] Pikkle is a small team, so you'll get control of the parts you take on. You'll be working on: - speccing and developing game features - working with game designers to quickly prototype new ideas - working with social APIs for mixi, twitter, and other social networks - programming game server logic - R&D for new platforms You'll certainly get a chance to stretch and learn new things with us. Required Skills: ideally knowledge of Ruby or Python, though we will cross-train people coming from PHP or Java. good communication skills. comfortable setting your own direction. you don't need experience in games specifically, but 1~2 years in web apps for ecommerce or mobile will be needed.
