Wordpress Real Estate Data Feed

I want newly listed properties to show up on my Wordpress site as a new post per listing for the geographic area I specify. and if possible kept updated with any changes that may occur on the listing. ## Deliverables I want the ability to install this in multiple Wordpress sites and set the search parameters to remain consistent for that one site.? For example, I want to set one wordpress site to show a new post each time a new listing is added to the local MLS for a specific zip code or city name.? ? And on another site do the same thing but with different zip code or city name.? Obviously I'm trying to gain traction in certain areas as the person to call about real estate in a certain area.? Also, it would be really helpful if the data displayed for each property listing were able to be updated to reflect changes to the listing as they occur via the MLS. There are other advertising guidelines with regard to content that we can discuss further if I award the job. I think the feed should come directly from SoCalMLS since its the local MLS to me and their data is probably the most current. Thanks.
