we are looking for a NEWLY Designed full featured website with extensive client email capabilities.
Our existing site can be seen at <[login to view URL]> and old site <[login to view URL]>? . I do not have the? source code for withoutdrugs.com.? I? have everything for aladc.com.
This site will be cloned for use with both of our offices (they have different names)
Requirements for site are;
can be altered with HTML editor or similar
must be google optimized
must allow for indexed searching of the site
ability for clients to print any page or send any page to a friend.
Must have a mobile edition
ability to send automated emails to plain text and html clients.
-birthday cards using various supplied templates (we'll need a date field)
-6 month check up reminder emails
-newletters
ability to import CSV records (initially all) Each record =? a registered user.
ability to import records (each week will we update main list with clients who were entered into our in-house software. This means a completely new set of records? will be entered.)
ability to update existing records weekly with “ date-last time patient was in office?? so that we can email? ‘time for your check up?? reminders.
We also want to send monthly e-newsletters out. I will get the newsletter templates made, and will get both plain text and HTML (webpage) versions.
We willl be importing the client records to our site and subscribing them to our newsletters, reminders and birthday cards. They will need a way to unsubscribe if they choose. We will also need to track invalid and bounced emails.
I own dadamail professional if you would like to alter the code to incorporate the birthday fields and such. I like dadamail because of the bounce mechanism, as well as some other features.
Similar to our existing site, we will have 30-50 short articles written. These articles should rotate on the home page as "featured articles".
The site must have form handling capabilities. These forms should be https. The formatting of these forms when received at our office must be similar to our in-house paper forms. I can provide examples. We presently use a script called allform. It does a pretty good job.
Please browse our existing and former site to get some ideas.
