Quote for password protected members lead buying site in PHP

Hi RAC, This is a nice project to quote for; A client of mine at [login to view URL] has a backend where the administrator can put leads for sale. Leads are bits of data - some is displayed, such as value, a brief summary, and date it was placed. The rest is revealed once it’s purchased. Once it’s purchased, it is removed from the website - the data being purchased is exclusive rights to a lead for someone who wants to sell their house quickly for cash. It’s brilliantly simple. And they agreed with my [login to view URL] to do the same on their site. So a property will be posted on both sites, and when sold on 1, it will automatically be taken off that site, and the other 1 will get an email to say take it off as its been sold. So it needs to effectively send a confirmation of sale to Kam (ElandP) and Richard (fastandfair) and the customer each time, which enough info so each website owner can log in and take the lead off their respective sites. If you are thinking why not have a shared database it’s not that simple, [login to view URL] will collect leads from places other than Kans. But if you can and it’s logical and easy to do, we are open to the idea of a feed that Kam fills in for Emerald that automatically posts the details to fast and fair. I have a company in the USA as well as the UK, so am keen to get both the UK and US businesses trading more.
