We are looking for a development leader to identify and/or setup an offshore/near shore technical support division supporting our USA customer base for tier 1- 3 issues.
You will have the business acumen to assist us in acquiring an establish concern with an English Fluent workforce and strong voice and IP connections to support connections to the USA.
Alternatively, you will assist us in the establishment of the division from scratch.
The initial support desk staff should consist of a minimum of 4 individuals ranging from general html/email/application support to linux and windows administrators and or developers. Working hours are 8am-12pm EST 7 days a week.
The job will pay out upon the successful establishment or aquisition of the support center.
All costs for the establishment or aquisition will be borne seperately by us.
This is a 'finders' fee arrangement.
Please reply with what the average monthly salary range will be in US currency expected for an engineering support staff with minimum of 4 years degree and 2 or more years experience.

1) Complete and fully-functional off-shore/near shore technical support center including staff, phones, equipment, and legal and regulatory fillings.
