MULTILOCATION REQUEST FROM API KEY

I am looking for a CODER or someone to finish building my shipping module for Prestashop ver. 1.48 to be used on my domain. First, you should see and understand what is the toolkit for for DHL. I need that the DHL XML SERVICE TOOLKIT interact with my Prestashop Website using most of the tools from the dhltoolkit. I said i need someone to finished my module becuz the guy in charged havent finished it yet and it has passed 8 months. and i am tired of waiting. So you will need to arrange the entire module and add what is missing. For missing i ment: 1- Add the shipping extra Cost to the Shipping Rate Line. I have them all but only on the pdf file. It is not shoing at the cart when doing checkout. 2- Fix the Handling Charge. It is set up in the module to calculate the tax over the handling charge. But i just wont need no more that tax. Just the amount of the handling charge. The problem is that if i delete the TAX from the module. It mess my insurance fee that needs TAX. 3- GENERATE the 3 LABELS for the Shipping. Right now it is only Generating 1 label (the one for envelope) and its needs some adjustments, i need the copy for pickUp service and My Copy (this one can be using the shipping document from PS, so you only need to add some details to the default pdf file from PS 4- FIX the shipping weight for the request sheme. it suppose to add the total weight and sent it to API Server for request. But module is just rounding numbers to the next level. for example. 0.2Kg is marked as 1kg 1.2Kg as 2Kg. 5- Once the module is up and runing how it should be. You should be able to ADVICE with a SOLUTION and NOT with a PROBLEM on how to make transsaction faster in prestashop. Currently when you hit I CONFIRM ORDER, the site takes up to 23 seconds for confirmation. 6- Be aware that API KEY is changing once every 3 months. So you should be able to leave instructions on how to do changes on the module in order to avoid delays on Out of Service site. 7- Once the whole module is fine and working properly, you will present deliver the module for PS 1.4.x and 1.5.x Practically this is all needed so far for this Proyect/Module. The winner should be able to to the second proyect. That involves this module with a MultiSeller Option. So be prepare for questions.
