A lead generation website that will compete with websites such as buyerzone.com.
Companies will come to our website and request quotations from web designers, accountants and other professionals. We will then get the company requesting a quotation six quotations from professionals. The website will make money by charging each professional a small fee for each lead they receive.
The design for this website is already complete. We now require the back-end to be developed.
Although Phase 1 of the project is relatively simple, we will require more complicated features to be added in future releases. That is why we would rather develop a relationship with a company or individual that has really solid programming skills.
## Deliverables
The website's template is already complete. You can find this in the zip file. Please refer to the files attached to get an idea of the website will look and feel.
This website will be built on a CMS. You may use an open source CMS. Our staff are familiar with Wordpress, however we are prepared to consider other solutions. All proposals will be given due consideration.
This is PHASE 1 of the website's development. It will be very simple on the whole. You will create "editable enquiry forms" where buyers can insert their information in order to get free quotations on a range of services. The entry into the form will go straight to an email address.
PHASE 2 will start within 10 weeks, and we would prefer to work with the winner of this project to build it. For that reason, we would prefer to receive bids from suppliers capable of handling PHASE 2. This will include a buyer log-in and an admin section for handling enquiries for our staff. Ideally, I would like to work with a supplier that has the capacity to handle 20+ hours per month.
I will expect high standards from suppliers and a good ability to work towards deadlines is vital.

I will now only be accepting bids for $800 or less. I appreciate the feedback I have received from coders on price, and I feel this is fair based on the functionality involved in Phase 1. The winning bidder will be selected within the next 24 hours max. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONALITY WILL BE INVOLVED IN PHASE 1: a.) work on page load time. Improve the load speed for each page. Please tell me how you would do this. b.)Some bidders clearly do not understand what Google Website Optimizer is. Please type this into Google for more information. This has nothing to do with SEO!You should: Set up the first test with Google Website Optimizer. I want you to set up the first test so that we can trial a white background versus the background color on the template. c.) Some coders have pointed out that I have not asked for this to be done as part of the job in my brief. This was always part of the job, but I should have been more clear. I expect you to set up conversion tracking in Google Analytics and Website Optimizer. This means a different conversion event will be set up for when someone asks for a "web design" quote or a "software development" quote. This is relatively simple to do. That is why I have asked for a unique URL page that thanks the visitor for submitting the form. You will log-in to our account and set this up. d.) all data entry. Your team will upload all text to the website contained in the word file. Please confirm that you are able to do this if you have already placed a bid for $800 or less. If you fail to say that you accept this within the next 24 hours then I will not be able to accept your bid as you will not have accepted our full project brief.

Hi, Thank you to everyone who placed a bid on this project. I would hope to work with some of you in the future. I have selected a coder on Elance who had the resources to meet the deadline, a good track record, and a good understanding of the requirements of the project. Everyone should feel free to bid on any future jobs I post on the site :-) Thanks, Craig
