299094 Web content grabbing script

This project is for a web data grabbing script (output in a structured data base conform file). In the internet there are many local chambers, pear groups etc. These offer search functions to identify certain members and their offered services. For example Lawyers, Tax Consultants, etc. etc. Most of the time these search results are showed online in a structured form. But on each shown webpage only a certain number of data records are shown and then one has to go to the next webpage to see further data records and so on. My idea is to have a script that starts with a certain predefined webpage and retrieves all structured information into a file/database and then goes to the next webpage and so on. This process shall not be noticeable to the webmaster of the respective site. Although it is legal – since this is public data - it may be that webmasters are angry because of the workload on the server or anything like this. The data grabbing script must be gentle, robot conform and may not put a high load on the server. Included in your price should be the script and you should execute the first run of the script from one of your servers (just in case something goes wrong – I don't want to angry the webmasters – I will need them in the future) and should send me, together with the script, a file with all grabbed records in a format that can be used by my MS Access data base.
