82812 Shop Cart Mods+ Add/Rem Users

Greetings, I have an existing shopping that does the following: 1. When a user buys a product - the shopping cart automatically assigns and e-mails a user a username, password, also gives them access to multiple folders (uses credit card plug-in). The user access expires 6 months from date of purchase. Here's what I need: 1. I need a control panel that will allow me to a. add a new user (to one or multiple folders) b. delete a user (from one or multiple folders) c. change the date the account expires (date, time, hours, etc) c. Need a "coupon" section added to the cart that will accomplish the following: When a user enters that special discount code and purchase more than 1 of the same item - the cart should assign them multiple usernames and passwords (some customers are resellers) d. Ability to have a control panel where I can add different codes for each discount (example: code dfgh = $10.00, code nbhg = $20.00) e. The coupon discounts can be any amount or percentage (in other words, $ 10.00 or 10%) f. Need to be able to discount based on levels ( 1-10 users $ 10.00, 10-20 $11.00, etc). g. current shopping cart is written in perl h. have mysql available if necessary i. hosted on solaris/apache j. php4 available The project timeframe for this project is 4 weeks.
