Multi site signup process

Hi, I need a script that run under my server that sign up a user on unlimited sites (only defined by me) with identical php type form. the sites can be set by plain txt file or other way, doesn't matter. the sign up form is the autosurf ver.3 and above can be found at my site - [login to view URL] . I need the ability to add easly unlimited number of url's, also the abilite to recognize faild submission and ability to to remove those entries. i also need to hold 'premission' database to use this script and ban from use other users.
