Server-Side PHP based online Multi-Franchise business accounting and management system

We have 6 branches of our business and all branches are doing different side businesses along with the same primary business. We need a software which will be server based and accessible via a domain name, written in PHP and MySql, All Inputs and their types shall be changeable. We need employee management, inventory count, payroll management, bank accounts management, profit and loss statements, graphical analytic reports to the CEO in form of graphs and lines/bars, asset management reports, changeable user rights time based/transaction based by admin or higher staff to lower. The beauty of this software would be; all modules shall be working standalone and any module as per user requirement can be added at any stage while working in practical environment. Some little animations (like freelancer.com's login form) should be there in graphs and other elements to make it more juicy to read and analyse. Easy imports and exports to xml or excel files, access files csv and all popular types. dont waste my time and write i read everything and understood while bidding. no bids without this shall be accepted. The one and last thing "This software shall be usable by some non accounting qualified business man and employee having a little knowledge of accounting and finance" Software handbook, Source code which will be well formatted with hints is needed to accomplish the project Any more questions are welcome.
