google search grabbing and display

I need php/mysql script which grabs assigned specific keywords and display in admin panel. I can assign which multiple keyword to search from google. for example, keyword: "football england site: [login to view URL]" with last hour. so it gets results from [login to view URL]:fifa.com&tbs=qdr:h and result will be stored to our MYSQL database. Once it stored in our mysql database, i need admin panel to display stored results in the same format as google search result display in Calendar mode, so i can view grabbed results in calendar view for specific dates with following functionalities for each grabbed result URL: 1. EMAIL with selection of priority & category of subject. (so i can email specific result to preassigned email address. once emailed it will display EMAILED and IP address of admin who emailed. 2. DELETE - so i can delete result. if deleted it will completed delete from database 3. BLOCK URL - if blocked it will block this URL so next time this URL will never be re-grabbed. once blocked it will display UNBLOCK option and IP address of admin who blocked. 4. BLOCK DOMAIN - if blocked it will block this DOMAIN so next time this DOMAIN will never be re-grabbed. once blocked it will display UNBLOCK option and IP address of admin who blocked. 5. IGNORE - if ignored, it will display IP address of admin who ignored, no more function. in search result display we need: highlight found keywords, sort results like BLOCKED URL or DOMAIN, EMAILED, HIGH PRIORITY, IGNORED etc.. and can assign number of results to display per page. and select option which allows to select multiple results and do one of the above five functionality commands (email, blick etc...). cron job can handle to search grabber script to work for specific times
