Magento and Amazon product integration and Themeforest theme implementation

I would like a simple GUI program where I can enter my Amazon API key, category and keyword and import the corresponding XML feed from Amazon web services. From here I would like to parse the information into a CSV file that I can upload to a Magento e-commerce website. I would prefer this program to update automatically every day and if possible twice a day as price and stock change. I need to import and parse the following information from Amazon: category, product name, price, description, image, sku, weight, volume metric weight and stock only for amazon products or shipped from Amazon (no third parties). From this XML import I need to add a markup onto the price supplied from Amazon XML feed i.e. 40%. We would also like the ability to change which products we pull in from Amazon's web services. My idea here is not to work within Amazon's affiliate program I would just like to sell Amazon's products thorough my Magento website to my customers so the site would have it's own add to cart and not tie in with Amazon's payment process and the customer will not know that they are buying Amazon's products, once the order has been placed on our Magneto site we will manually place the order with Amazon. We will also need to plugin to MyUS's tracking API but we can look at that after we have completed the above requirements. We also want to make sure that the importing is not too slow but I think if we are importing a csv file into Magneto it should be ok obviously dependent on how many products we are pulling in. We will be using the Ultimo theme which we have purchased from Themeforest and would like you to include setting up this theme to work with the Amazon product import in the costings.
