Houston web design company is looking for freelance programmers that have the following: Personal Characteristics: 1. Must be able to work within the timeframe given and deliver project on time. 2. Must be resourceful and have a "can-do" attitude. 3. Must be attentive to the project and willing to communicate with us on a daily basis to give project status update. Skills: 1. Great CSS skills (no garbage coding) to convert our PSD designs to HTML 2. At least 5 years experience in LAMP platform. 3. Must know Joomla inside and out (must be able to modify components and modules if needed) 4. Must be able to troubleshoot in a quick and timely manner. We pay $350-400 for PSD conversion, component customization in terms of color scheming and layout (sometimes some components require to be modified based on the client's requirements), module installation, Joomla installation and integration with our branded admin template. You will also provide support on the project 60-90 days after it has been launched. We love to work with subcontractors on a long-term basis. We have been working with some for 2-3 years now. For our first time subcontractors, we will test you out with a project. With initial projects, we only pay the half/deposit payment once a 50% working status update on the project has been accomplished and will be paid via Paypal.
