Reverse Auto Auction

Max dollar for this project is $300. All bids above this will not be considered. I have 2 major credit unions waiting on this to be complete. 5 deadlines was already missed because of last programmer was not upfront and honest with me about his coding abilities. I need... 1. Someone who already has a very stable freelance script in PHP / MySQL. 2. I need you to modify your script for a reverse auto auction instead of programmers and webmasters ours will be for car buyers and car dealers. 3. I already have some files on my server and some tables on my database that might give you a jump start from the previous programmer. You will have to look at them. I don't know what's missing and what's not. 4. You must possess great communication skills. No brb and not returning for 30 mins to 1 hour at a time. I will help as much as I can. Anything you need I usually get back to you asap. 5. I must have this project done by next Wed night. Vital!! If you can't make this deadline please do not bid. 6. Must provide support for atleast 1 month after project is complete. 7. Payment will be made once project is 100% complete 8. Must include my header and footer into your auction pages. 9. Must install script on my server and test to make sure its working 100% before deadline arrives. 10. Must do any kind of database work if needed. As of right now I already have a table for Make, Model, and Style of the vehicles. 11. Must be able to dedicate your time to this project especially over the next four days. MAX dollar for this project is $300. Please do not bid higher. Your request will not be considered. Must be over 18 to bid. You must possess serious PHP/MySQL/Script install skills. I need someone that can get this job done fast and on time. I don't have room for another extention. I will be standing by to hire the first person I feel possesses such standards to make this job happen. As a bonus if you make this happen I will post your URL on all pages of my site. Our credit unions will be releasing this site to over 100,000 people in the next two weeks. Would be great exposure for your company. I have attached a word document outlining what I feels needs to be done. I might of missed something.
