Javascript select menu, and populating text fields

Hello,

Not too much money, but a good little project if you want a good review.

Looking for a javascript coder to code this:

* Simple select/dropdown menu

* Populate text fields depending on selection

For instance:

<form name="Form" id="Form">

<select name="dynamic_dropdown" onChange="onChange(this)">

<option value="">--Select Location, and The List Should Populate with the Location's Address Below--</option>

<option value="0">Disneyland</option>

<option value="1">Eiffel Tower</option>

</select>

Current Value:

<input name="address" type="text" value="">

<input name="city" type="text" value="">

<input name="state" type="text" value="">

For example, when "Disneyland" is selected, the address, city, and state will be populated with the correct address (e.g., 123 Disney Way, Anaheim, CA)
