Hey, a quicker fix would be to place a background image on the div or td where your displaying your header, that way when the flash doesn't load up you will only see the background image of the div or td to a static version of the page, when flash cant/wont load it is simply transparent. It will save you a lot of time and unnessary coding, another fix would be to put a lil javascript snippet to show either the flash tags or static image tags based upon the result of an if statement checking for the availability of flash. Real simple :)
