Dynamic MAP - Google API

I want to create a dynamic map for a game. What you have: 2 mysql tables: Cities: fields: cityid, cityname, country, original_country Countries: fields: id, name There are 10 countries with 10 regions I want to use google mpas to creat customs regions with [login to view URL] and depending on the country that owns a region to be coloured in a distinct colour. For example: Country: United Kigndom Regions: London, Manchester and Bristol Color: Blue Country: Germany Regions: Berlin, Frankfurt, Munchen Color: red If for some reason Frankfurt becomes UK`s region it will automatically become blue. Also you will need to add [login to view URL] on mouseover and mouseout . On mouseover: you will need to display the country, region and flag On mouseout: hide this details The informations can be collected from the database to be displayed. More informations on PM if needed. I know that this is easy job but unfortunately due to high volume of work on other project I have to contract a third party for it.
