OS COMMERCE 2.3.1 EXPERT NEEDED FOR REFERRAL FEATURE MODULE

Hello, I have a website in OS Commerce 2.3.1 Version, in which i need to add a Referral feature which should work like below Referral Rewards “Get rewarded for each new friend that shops. There is no limit to the amount you earn. it will credit your account after your friends first purchase has shipped.” The account should get credit after friend's they referred, there first purchased is made. Referral Rewards should work like this Friend Spends $30.00 = $5.00 Credit in your account Friend Spends $50.00 = $10.00 Credit in your account Friend Spends $75.00 = $15.00 Credit in your account Friend Spends $100.00 = $20.00 Credit in your account 1. We need a tab for the shoppers to create an account. Perhaps during the checkout process we can have a section for Referral Rewards and it will automatically deduct the amount before “Subtotal”. 2. We will also need notification each time a new referral shops, the notification should come in backend and by email. We will need to know who they were referred by so we can credit their account or it can be automatic credit after purchase of first order. PLEASE BID ASAP, NEED IT DONE ASAP!!!
