Our company is launching an application for logistics and transportation industry. We are now looking for a person that, **for an initial period of 1-2 months (likely to be extended to another 3-4 months)**, would remotely assist our local customers in Italyat start-up and, parallell to this, execute some further development + technical tuning.
The job would therefore imply:
**- actual fluency in Italian language**
- an average 20 to 40 hours/week availability to address customers issues and/or other development tasks (in whatever timeframe)
- **availability to receive all incoming customers phone calls each day mon-fri between 9 am and 6 pm anyhow.**
Please quote separately:
- your fees for being available to take incoming phone calls during the indicated timeframe (we can provide a mobile phone + SIM card)
- an amount per each call received
- your hourly fees for bug fixing / other developments
NOTE that **we expect very few calls during early period.**
Skills required:
**1. fluency Italian
**2. fluency in English**
**3. basic / intermediate J2EE knowledge******(all activities will be performed under technical supervision of highly skilled experts)****
**4. basic / intermediate SOAP webservice skills _would be a plus_
5. basic / intermediate PocketPC programming skills (in C#/.Net) _would be a plus too_

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) other / different legal caluses to be submitted to coders' acceptance shortly, anyway before ultimate sign-off (we need to integrate the present wording to waht is or might be requiered for locally applicable legislation). This will include a specific NdA and non-competition form to be signed.

The application has a web-based core (J2EE) and a a mobile client (PocketPC, coded in C# using Visual Studio).
