10253 Chat Site Clone

I am looking for a company/individual with the capabilities of making a replica of the chat site "[login to view URL]" I just need a copy of it front end, back end, and administrative. The layout will need to be modified to look somewhat unique and new. I can modify the text and pictures as needed myself. I need this to be fully functional, hosted, and installed on my servers by mid August. It is a MUST that you view this site entirely before contacting me! Please do not just look at the first page and make the assumption that you can! These are some of the guidelines: •Website Programming and Development •Complete/Working Publishing engine, which allows CPI to edit all content on the Web •User Log-in which allows users to create/manage their own profiles. •Submit Forms which includes Email & Email w/attachment forms •Search Engine to allow members to search using different criteria i.e.…age, location, etc. •RSS capability which offers users the ability to see there is a new item on your site •Chat engine, both group and private, including live video feed. Can be a Flash or Digichat AV/M based engine depending upon availability, programming, cost. •Available Credit Card program for reoccurring and one time charges for membership fees. •User Manager allows CPI to monitor all new and current members to update or add new photos, and word content that users have uploaded. •Product Manager allows CPI to set and change product information at anytime with the ability to create different membership levels and their ability to access certain content on the site. •Content Editor enables CPI to edit information on their site at any time without the use of hiring a programmer. •Email members either one at a time or as a group. •Image manager to include administrator profile approval with the IM/Group chat. Flash based interface of the IRC chat system.
