Virtual Asssistant / Website manager - Steady Income

We are looking to hire an individual to be our Virtual Assistant / Website Manager and manage our affiliate program. This is perfect for an individual who wants a steady income and be part of the music industry. We run a music website that sells instrumental music to rappers & singers (Mostly Hip-hop and R&B Music). Our site is [login to view URL] and our affiliate program home page is [login to view URL] Some of the duties include but are not limited to: - Manage PPC campaigns - Manage the content/music of our Joomla website and soundclick page - SEO Optimization/Marketing - Recruit ACTIVE affiliates and encourage them to sell - Encourage affiliates to recruit other affiliates (2nd level) - Create and/or acquire marketing materials for affiliates to use - Grow the affiliate program - Address and respond to affiliate questions and concerns - Conceptualize and deploy New Campaigns Qualifications: - Must be a proactive individual, someone who comes up with ideas and plans to grow the program on their own and presents them to us. - Must own Groove that comes with Office 2007 - The ability to create marketing materials (Banners and Text links. Photoshop skills A+) - Must be dedicated to the success of our site and our Affiliate Program - we don't expect you to be exclusive, but we do expect results - Must be able to work min. 30 hours a week on a punctual Set schedule. - Must be able to work during the Est USA Working hours. (between 11am-8pm GMT -5) Not Mandatory but A+: Knows CSS and HTML Can code in PHP/Myql and is familiar with Linux commands Listen to Rap and R&B music from USA and be familiar with urban slang. Benefits: - We'll train you and provide plenty of videos and materials to help you do your job to the best of your ability. - This is a one week trial. If you're fit for the job you will be hired permanently and will be eligible to receive a 10% bonus commission for all sales made by affiliates regardless of how they joined our program. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
