SEO for Commercial Loan Site

This project should be fairly easy and straightforward for someone experienced in search engine optimization.

I have a site with less than 10 pages that I need optimized for 10 keywords/phrases.?

I am listed in Google and Yahoo under some of the phrases, but would like to be on the first page of the search results.?

My site URL is one of the keyword phrases I am targeting.

I am not interested in using techniques that will get me banned fom Google or Yahoo.

My site targets a niche in the commercial finance market.? It is not extremely competitive.

I need to be listed in the top ten search results for the keywords/phrases.

I will provide the URL of my site and the keywords/phrases by request, but do not wish to post them openly.

Please provide me with a list of at least three sites you have successfully achieved placement for.

I am generous with bonuses when I am pleased with the work provided.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
