Dear All, Mine is a Personal Greetings cards portal. The website should be developed on PHP and MYSQL. CONTENTS (to be developed) · USER LOGIN CREATION · SELECTION OF PRODUCT · SELECTED PRODUCT DISPLAY · GIFT RECEIVER'S Details · PAYMENT PAGE · Questionnaire Display · Logout · Administrator User Account Creation Important to Mention: Deadlines are tight. Expected date of delivery is 5 days on accepting the contract. I need dedicated individuals who can help me in implementing the thoughts & ideas. OYSTER MEMORIES- Phase 2 This document describes the functional flow of Oyster Memories with Dynamic pages. It should be developed on PHP and MYSQL. The screen shots are attached. Drafted by Deepa. New User Login: Name: email: Password: Confirm Password: Telephone Number: Country: Address: City: Pincode: 3. Send activation email. 4. If Forgot Password: Enter email & Click Submit Button. Then password should be sent to email. 2. SELECTION OF PRODUCT 1. After successful login user will enter Selection of Product page. Two Sections in this page: Product design selection & Occasion selection. PRODUCT Design: Radio button Occasion : Drop down 2. User should first select Product design. 3. Then select Occasion. 4. On selecting Occasion-> Text related to occasion will be shown. Choose the Text you wish to display on Cover page. 5. Click CONFIRM. 3. SELECTED PRODUCT DISPLAY 1. This page displays selected details of Product Design, Its Cover Page Text. 2. This page also shows sample image of COVER PAGE; INNER PAGE; LAST PAGE. 3. This page will have 2 Buttons at bottom of page: CONFIRM & RE-DESIGN Confirm: This redirects user to Gift Receiver's Details PAGE.(Next Page) Re-Design: This redirects user to Product Selection page. (Previous Page) 4. GIFT RECEIVER'S Details 1. Enter gift receiver's details Name: email: Delivery Address: Phone Number: Your Relationship with Gift Receiver: (Select this from Drop down box) SIBBLINGS FRIENDS LOVERS COLLEAGUES 2. This page will have 2 Buttons at bottom of page: CONFIRM & RE-DESIGN Confirm: This redirects user to PAYMENT PAGE.(Next Page) Re-Design: This redirects user to Product Selection page. (Previous Page) 5. PAYMENT PAGE This is handled by Paypal interface. 6. Questionnaire 1. User should now be shown questions as per the Relation with the Gift receiver that he mentioned earlier. 2. This page contains 3 buttons: · SAVE · FINAL SUBMIT · EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE (this will be enabled only after clicking FINAL SUBMIT) · DONE(this will be enabled only after clicking FINAL SUBMIT)) 2. User can anytime Logout from Oysmem in between while answering the questions. But he should click on SAVE to save his [url removed, login to view] next time he logs in he should be directed to Questions page with all previous data saved (only if he clicks SAVE button last time) 3. Once the user completes answering all the questions,photos & is sure about it. He should click on FINAL SUBMIT button. 4. After clicking FINAL SUBMIT , the EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE and DONE bottun is automatically enabled & FINAL SUBMIT button should then be disabled. 5. Set the EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE by clicking the calender pop-up. The available dates on the calender will be from a min of 5 days from the date when Final Submit button was clicked. 6. Finally Click on "DONE" 7. STATUS A Drop down box: ORDERED LIST should be created in user's home page after login. Ordered list will contain: Product name_ Gift Receiver's name_ Delivery Date Select an item from the Ordered list to check its status. This page will show : PRODUCT NAME, Gift Receiver's details, Delivery Date and STATUS. This will help user to check the STATUS of their Oyster ORDER. When User is in Questionnaire Page, at first login OR anytime next that he logs in, HE should see a YELLOW LIGHT on Top Right with text:RAMPUP INPROGRESS: GREEN LIGHT on Top Right. After user clicks on DONE. He can see GREEN LIGHT on selecting his ORDER NAME from Order list in Home page. DISPATCH: RED LIGHT on Top Right. Once dispatch happens from Oyster Memories Deapartment, the STATUS is changed to [url removed, login to view] User can now see a RED LIGHT on Top Right. Received Oyster: GREY Light on Top right. On succesful delivery of Gift to receiver, the status Changes to RECEIVED Oyster. The user will now see GREY LIGHT on Top Right. 8. Administrator Login Create a administrator user. He should be able to login & check all the users requests. Administrator has all permissions pertained to User account.
