Website Integration

I have a bilingual PHP website for a client coded in php. Most of the pages are static text. I have all the content in Microsoft Word format and most of the design is already integrated. The work requirement is as follows: - integrating the content page by page and inserting the content - make some CSS changes to the pages - add or rearrange a few menu items Regarding the CSS changes to be made, the only requirement is to integrate the text content beautifully and with good ergonomics for the visitors. For instance, you can view what the content currently on the home page looks like at [login to view URL] (the home page content is good, you need to change the content of the other pages) I should specify that work to be done only on the English version, then we'll just copy / paste the content for the French version. I have the text in both English and French ) You can work directly on our server as the site is on a private server for now. Please put forward any questions. The deadline is within 8- 12 working hours of the project being awarded and the budget is around $60 - $80. Please note that I am very strict with deadlines and budget.
