Convert a static website into a Joomla 3.3.x template

Hello, I have a simple static website (see attachment 1) which needs to be converted into a Joomla 3.3.x template. Additional to that the menu on the header should be replaced with a new menu (see attachment 2). So I need somebody who perform the following: - Convert the website (HTML & CSS file) into a Joomla 3.3.x template - Replace the old menu from the website with the new one (new one will be provided as HTML & CSS zip file) - Change the website design so that it becomes responsive (Bootstrap-Framework) - An additional box container on the right side (see attached picture) should be placed into the Joomla design (e.g. as Joomla Static HTML element) Note: - There is no need to cover IE 7 or IE 8 - Website should be compatible with latest Chrome, Firefox and IE 11 and above (Optional: please try to cover IE 10) - Code should be written in HTML 5; use NAV, SIDEBAR, ... please - Payment will be done via Freelancer Deposit - New menu exists (as HTML, CSS file, images) and can be delivered as .zip file - Static website based on HTML, CSS file, images and can be delivered as .zip file - you need to provide a ZIP file with all the template files (So that I can check it in my local demo system)
