Core elements

1. Search for traders

- The visitor would type in any sector e.g Painter and the search bar would automatically enter that sector like [login to view URL]

- They would also input their location, either post code or nearest town

- The landing page after the visitor has search for a trade would have to include the following;

- Map very similar to the following page [login to view URL]

- A list of the traders starting from the nearest and an automatic 50 mile area

- Must be able to narrow their search down with features such as; change the distance, feedback score, subcategories ect

- They will also have the choice to change the amount of people they can view per page with the minimum of 20 but not up to all

2. Post a job

- Please refer to [login to view URL] site and how they allow their customers to upload projects

- They also have the choice to upload pictures of their project

- Must sign-up or long at the end in order to submit the project, but have the choice to sign up/log in whenever

- Traders will be able to apply for projects, but must have available ‘tokens’ (Please read on for information about tokens)

- If no trader is awarded the projects then the tokens will be giving back to the traders

- A max of 5 traders can apply for one project

- The customer that uploaded a project will be able to review and compare each trader that has applied for that project

3. Tokens

- Only available for traders

- Cost between £4.99 - £9.99 per token with discounts if buying multiple

- Must be available throughout the site to purchase

- Tokens can be pre-paid (brought before use)

4. Login/sign up

- Their will need to be two different types of login, one for customers and one for traders each displaying different features

- Upon signing up for traders, they will receive a free trail to use our services, this will last one 30 days, but they would need to input their payment details to be billed on the 31st day.

- For customers (non traders) it is free to have an account and look through our directory

- Each customer, both traders and non traders will have a my account page

- My account page for traders, they will be able to upload their own page like [login to view URL] (Example [login to view URL])

- Customers will be able to check their projects (if any) in their account.

5. Design

- I would like the website to flow throughout

- Must be clearly and really easy to be used by both customers and traders

- Must be constant

- Must be secure

6. Feedback for traders

- Feedback score out of 10

- Between 4-5 type of sections

- Uploaded by customers, but only if a code is given or trader accepts that person to leave a feedback

- Negative feedback will not be uploaded but reviewed to see if the trader and customer can come to an arrangement, if no arrangement is given then they will score a 1 across sections the customers is unhappy with
