Custom GPT website, budget: +- $500

Hi there. I'm looking for a new gpt script but I don't really find what I'm looking for so I'ld want it to get custom made. Please only reply or bid when you have experience with GPT websites and callback function to auto-credit the members. These are my needs: - I don't need points and cash, I only need users to earn points. Functions: - I need all possible offerwalls to be added, I'ld like the settings of them to be accessible from the admin page - there should be a 'jackpot' function which I could set from within the admin. for example, I set the Jackpot to be given away at a certain date. Every user gets one entry per registered survey. The jackpot would start at a certain amount and with each entry the jackpot increases with a certain amount of points. When the date is achieved, the points will be credited to the winner. - users must have a referral link, which they can share. For each registered user they receive .. points. It should only reward users once there referral has completed at least one survey. - the users should be able to maintain their account. There should also be a 'password forgotten' function which mails them a new password/username - an extra game where users can bet points to win more would be great - I'ld like a kind of 'shoutbox' on the sidebar where user's activity is shown automatically and where they can post messages. (like the shiftcode script has it) - I'ld like to sell add space on the website sidebar and/or ad adsense ads to it - the layout needs to be clean and trendy for a young public. the navigation should be simple - I want to manage all possible things and pages from the admin, a help ticket system, edit user's accounts and credits and send out (mass) emails - there should be a proxy detections to prevent users to cheat the system - I'ld like control over all text on the page and be able to set the website up in different languages. I'ld like the pages to be able to set up with a simple html editor. - I want to be able to set (minimum) payout methods in the admin. Main ones are paypal - this should be transferred automatically after I press 'pay' from a list of payment requests and paysafecard - I should see the user's email adress as soon as I press pay, as I want to send codes by email. - there should be some stats showing in the front of the website. I have an existing site so I would like to be able to set these stats as they are already (not start from 0- It's quite a lot I'm asking here I suppose but I hope I find a good partner for this project here. If it works out fine, there is certainly an opportunity to do later updates for me.
