Better design, user experience, better offering, better speed, better localization, better SEO ... Thus a team with excellent digital marketing knowledge and commercial acumen will be highly regarded. We require the web design team to deliver: 1. Fresh look, highly professional design, unique branding, interactive and user friendly - with excellent user experience and high conversion potential 2. Highly professional onsite SEO, e.g. keywords (e.g. "plumbers in North Sydney", URLs, title tags, text, alt tags, internal links etc Importantly, effectively leverage user generated content to enhance search engine visibility. Job posts, businesses are search engine indexed. 3. This site will be heavily promoted via SEO and social channels, thus must include social sharing features, Facebook login etc. 4. Clean coding and site structure for effective SEO and to allow easy site maintenance (if using CMS is a good alternative please provide advice or best give example site.) 5. Take into consideration of large audience base and high traffic growth in future, and importantly audience engagement. 6. Space for banner advertising, although this site's main goal is service/membership oriented. Advertising is secondary to membership sales. 7.
