Website, flash, pictures, logo, etc.

Looking for someone who can redesign my website. I have a site currently in PHP, HTML. It has about 7 pages so far. I need it to be about 10 and completely redesigned. Also, looking for a little flash (maybe 5-10 secs) intro. I also have SugarCRM system in place right now. I needed someone that can take out 1 or 2 of the tabs and replace it with other functions (make email function work). The new version of the site can basically be in anything but looking for a very professional and crisp look for a technology service type of theme. Maybe the logo can also be changed to go more along the theme of tech (not from some logo maker program). No money will be given up front. I will happily pay upon completion of the project. I may also need a little help uploading the thing to a webhost because of the CRM thing. Although I have text and pictures on the site right now, I'm hoping to put some new pics on it (either I can snap them here, u snap some, or get some royalty free images) and clean up the text too.
