Poker Basic Application in Flash

We are looking for a very basic poker application in Flash.
Server must provide preloaded hands, that will be stored in a mysql database, and will write the user's action in the same db.
User will just play these sample hands via a web browser.
Server application must run under Linux. We prefer Java for the server side but we will consider different suggestions.
## Deliverables
Flash client must be fast enough to let the user play comphortably. It should run smooth like a commercial Poker site ([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], iPOKER, FullTiltPoker are valid examples of a good client).
Poker Table must be based on a skin that can be changed providing different image files, 9 or less players must seat around the table and stack size must be written in a box near player (all players are simulated from the database except the user). Any player have to be represented by a customizable avatar (it can be changed by changing image files , as the table). Cards must be dealt with good animation (no stuttering during the action)
Poker Chips must be placed in front of player, then moved in the pot and whatever needed (like side pot and then to the winner, as needed by action). Basically the table must behave like one of the Poker sites as the onesmentioned before, and look as professional as they look.
So player must have buttons to check/fold/raise and a slidebar to decide the bet size.
At the moment the only game requested is No Limit Texas Holdem, but architecture must be open to implement new games in the future.
We underlain that it's not a poker application with random cards, but just a simulator that will interact with the user letting him play versus a database of pre-defined hands.
