PHP+Flash Licence System

i want a script to control my Flash Files via admin area which will be in PHP. i must have the ability to Suspend the licence anytime and can add custom suspend message also i can set the expire time so the control panel automatically expires the swf file at a given date in admin area! custom expired msg can be given in admin area so it will dispay tht msg in the swf when licence will be expired. admin area should have the ability to create new clients , products and can giv licence to the clients. Licence system will also check the domain name if that domain is not speciefied in the control panel it will giv a specific msg like Invalid Licenced Domain. admin must be able to search licences via licence code or client info! in admin area there should be a link which will list all suspended or expired licences. and there will be a check box so admin can activate multiple licences. if you can add more features it will be cool!
