Long term relationship

Hello there, I'm looking for many people especially from Romania - for a long term relationship. I have a local customer that hired my company for a big project – a listing directory site with lots of options and lots of sections. I want to form a partnership with up to 5 new php experts located in Bucharest to have this done in a very professional manner. Do bid if you are from Bucharest – Romania. Do bid if you are an expert in PHP. Do not bid if you are outside Bucharest or even Romania. Do not bid if you are working already on other important projects. This is a very demanding project so deadline and many other issues are very important. Do not try to tell you twice that if you are not from Bucharest you should not bid.
