Flash Designer / Graphic Designer

I need a flash menu I purchased modified to change some of the link paths on the buttons. I will provide the specific link paths later. I need a custom logo that fits my site design and domain name. I'm just looking for something professional. The logo area that currently says "IT TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE COMPANY" needs to be replaced with Outsource Programming or [login to view URL] or something that looks nice and professional. You will probably need to come up with a couple of logo examples for me to pick from. Also, you will need to update the existing fla file to contain the new logo. The site is: [login to view URL] I would like the existing "products" button changed to say "services". I would like the sounds removed from the flash, they are annoying. On the right side of the flash menu it says "01 Technologies of the and emerging technology", "02 Advanced Solutions for your business", "03 Implementation of New and emerging technology". I want the text changed. I will provide you with what text should be displayed. Everything I have asked for is simple and should be no problem for any experienced Flash Designer with the exception of the logo. Logo development can be a difficult thing. While I'm not too picky I also won't settle for something I don't like. I have all swf, fla, html, and psd files you should need to make these changes and updates. I believe that all changes will need to be made to the swf file and only this one file. I do want you to provide me with the PSD for the logo so that I may update/modify the logo in the future. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash
