We need to convert a graphic template from PSD to Joomla. Stylesheet should include basic fonts and layers. There is a flash header and in the flash we only need to personalize the company logo, the main menu with our menu and the image.
In addition to the outline brief the selected provider will be requried to ensure the solution is fully compatible with IE and FF.
Bidders should have good experience in PSD conversions, configuring and using Joomla, PHP and scripts.
Payment will be made 7 days after completion of the project to our mutual satisfaction.
