Slice up and prepare - Need help with workload

READ COMPLETE AUCTION BEFORE BIDDING IN FULL! **The Scenario: ** I've got a website designed for a client, but I've got 4 other jobs due by this Friday and I could use some help with this one. **The job:** **Step1:** You will slice up the existing .psd and make a highly economized html page with nicely optimized images (appropriately gif or jpeg), forming the menus and news boxes and such from what *_we have already designed and have client approval on._ SERVER LOCATION: (ROOT) [login to view URL]* **Step2:** We've got three CSS file that are farely well notated for our Content Mangement System that is being used for this client. You won't have access to our source for this job, so you'll have to go by notation and experimentation as much as you can. You'll have to complete Calendar Colors, Article Headline Colors, Menu Colors, and News, Featured and Upcoming font colors. *Main Fonts & Admin Areas: /STYLES/XP/[login to view URL] Calendar fonts & backrounds: /STYLES/XP/[login to view URL] *Forms (contact us & login): */STYLES/XP/[login to view URL]*** Step3:** You'll put the images and various "calls" that my team has come up with to bring in the various dynamic features. Easy cut and paste there. I will provide you an existing template so that you can use that as reference. This will take you 20 seconds. Templates to complete: /templates/[login to view URL] **Step4:** You'll upload the files and use our Content Management System with login that I provide to build the structure and add in the initial homepage text and content. This will take you Half an Hour even with the learning curve. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Better be 100% cross browser, cross platform compatible!!!!!
