Excel/VBA/Macros

Hi, I have two spreadsheets that I assistance with. One is a Dynamic Scheduling System and the other is a Perpetual Inventory System. I know pretty much all the variables I want so that should save on time. I need various coding done so that I can finish these up( I have them about 60% done). The type of coding will be of course VBA/Macros and you will more or less be making dynamic sheets that will self-change with the addition/removal of data. I would also like to find someone that can put their idea into the project as well in order to add value to the spreadsheet. Depending on how you do on this, I am really looking for a LT relation that will be able to do ongoing work. Accounting knowledge/experience is a plus. Again, someone who can put their own ideas/creativity to add value is a plus. Comment on your Excel/Macros/VBA experience when bidding. Thank you, Jack ## Deliverables I have attached the two files that I need worked on. AS you can see I use an "Admin Module" to hold all of the variables that the sheet uses. I need each of these to be an application so that the user is directed to make certain changes but other areas are locked for editing so that the user can't damage the sheet. 1. On the Roster, I need a the schedule to grow and condense based on the admin module shift definitions. 2. I also need the same for the staff definitions. 3. I need the ability to switch shifts on the Daily Worksheet from a drop down list so the is affects the payroll sheet with staff time 4. I need a "Leave Concept" to be integrated into the Daily sheet so that a list of reasons is selected from (drop down) and a check box will actually be the item that activates the change of time on the Payroll Sheet and changes a couple of other cells (add text/conditional formatting). Alll Leave needs to be kept track of on a new sheet that you will call Leave. On this sheet there will be shift/staff/date/type of leave/authorized(yes/no) info. 4. I need a push button so that a Daily Worksheet is printed in a formatted state and is archived in a file. 5. I need a push button that rolls the dates forward to the next week, creates an archive of the Roster, Payroll, and Leave. These items will also need to be printed. With this there need to be a new form called OT (overtime), which needs to be printed. This form is simply a blank form with lines on it and the only thing that changes is the date. 6. I need a new sheet that will be called Future Daily sheets and will contain the Daily sheet for seven days of data. 7. Finally I need to be able to enter in early/late time on the daily sheet so that the Payroll Sheet is Affected. INVENTORY SYSTEM This sheet is more simplistic. I have a Sheet called Inventory and this is modified using the Admin Module . The basic concept is that the the inventory will be logged in through the admin module and logged out via sales of assemblies. 1. I need assistance making the interfaces for each of these activities 2. I need buttons that will generate reports based on the inventory 3. I need an alert for the when the inventory goes below a certain point.
